Webafrica -worst service provider

The worst service provider ever!!!!!!! We haven’t had internet for 4 days, and have been transferred from one department to another!! Not to mention their whatsapp line where you have to tell 10 different agents the same issue.. and their response is they’ll escalate it to the “premium support” department, only for you to be directed to another agent, who will tell you the same thing! It’s safe to say I’m cancelling my subscription with this circus!!! The level of incompetence and lack of urgency is appalling!!!!
