WebAfrica - Worst service provider.

Please beware of WebAfrica as they trick new customers in entering into their agreement with the price of R399 and then after two months they increase the fees by 50% without notification. Customers cannot cancel as they will be liable for cancellation cost and delivery cost. According to their agents they can increase their premiums to any amount as its not a contract. Customer service is very poor with no proper feedback and most of the time they fibre network is down. Worst service provider.
