Webafrica, worst service ever

I have been batteling with Webafrica for month now. Their internet service is shocking. It is very unstable and you can not get hold of anyone at the company. Their email addresses is not working. Bizarre. You cannot call them as you hold on for over an hour, funny though their sales team picks up immediately. Their Whatsapp service is a joke, I waited over an hour for someone to respond and when they do they wait 1 minute and then cancel the request and you have to start all over again. Their bot is the unfriendly un user-friendly thing I have ever seen, go learn from FNB please. I am definitely cancelling my services with them. And you would think they want a client making use if their top service 200/200 mg
