Webafrica worst service ever

I've had to make a double payment on 3 occasions when my payments did not reflect on their side. That was in May, July and August and it seems it might be the case again with my September payment. I've sent screenshots of bank statements as requested but they are never happy with the quality despite I use a very good smartphone, and they won't take pdfs. Their communication channel via WhatsApp chat is the worst cos like today I've been holding since 9am and it's now 13:00 and still holding. There is no other way to reach them, so frustrating. I've taken enough of this abuse and I'm cancelling my contracts, I have 2.
