Webafrica - worst service ever

Absolute worst service in the world - cannot get through to anyone - they keep referring you to a stupid bot that can only say "sorry i was unable to find a suitable answer to your question" no matter how many ways you ask. You phone you get put on hold for hours and when you get to someone live they say its not their department and you get put on hold again for hours, where the voice text refers you back to the retarted bot that does not work. I have been trying about 20 times a day for 3 days now and when I email them I get replies saying "this job bag is now closed". This is more frustrating than trying to deal with telkom, eskom and the anc combined. Nothing works
