Webafrica worst service ever

The installation from vumatel happened very quickly and so did the delivery of the router from Webafrica and I was online within minutes ...yay this was Friday 25/09, this is all great but then Monday 28/09 at about 12 noon the internet just went down and have as yet not been restored by today Friday 2/10, after I was told Monday maximum 72 hours as this is a vumatel patch error and that is vumatel turnaround time. Since Wednesday 3pm my last chat with a live agent on whatsapp it has been near impossible getting a live agent to answer my messages. And then they have the audacity to take the debit order of last night for a non existing service
