Webafrica worst service ever

Webafrica are a bunch of *****'s and lier's. I took up a contract with them because they promised me uncapped and unthrottled. We only have 3 cell phones and 1 laptop connected and all it does is buffer. I have reported it and they have done nothing. When I tried to switch to Mweb, it shows I am still linked to Webafrica. Then..because my little one was crying for fibre, I reconnected and they charged me twice, with no information regarding my refund. To make matters worse, they never recconected me even after taking double my money. It is impossible to get hold of them as they only have a WhatsApp chat that doesn't get responded and an 086 number that keeps you holding till your airtime is done. ******
