WebAfrica - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
WebChat has THE WORST Customer Service contact EVER!!!! There is ONLY one method of contact and that is a Webchat and I am waiting for almost 2 hours and counting for one single agent to be available. My bill is up to date and I have no internet connection, because they are a group of confused people. Received messages for payment, called them and they confirmed there is NOTHING outstanding, infact I am in credit and they cut my service and make contacting them a NIGHTMARE!!!!

04 Jul 2025, 08:41Paid our bill via EFT on the 26th of June 2025 - they still cut my service, on the 4th of July 2025 i am told my payment didnt clear because it takes 24 to 48 hours - Web Africa definitely does not know simple math - our payment has now been made SIX DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
