Webafrica - Worst Service EVER

I have logged a fault with Webafrica on 21/02/2023 Since the WhatsApp Communication there is extremely uneffective there is no way for any working person to follow-up on faults. The last communication from Webafrica was on 23/02/2023 informing me that the fault had been escalated, but since then...NOTHING. When trying to follow-up on the WhatsApp line the fault number is not even recognized. The live Chat is out of order as I do not get a OTP when I request one. SERIOUSLY the worst service EVER.
