WebAfrica worst service and no issue resolutions

Quite an unreliable service provider with only one focus - that is, making money regardless of delivering the promised service nor effectively addressing issues that clients have.

WebAfrica has the most ineffective issue resolution process. 1. You can not call the company and get an individual assist you 2. Company refers you to their whatsApp chat where agents join after you wait close to an hours only to give you blanket statements without taking the issue raised as it is 3. No escallation process - you keep getting sent back to agents on whatsApp even after you have relayed a continued issue after months on end

4. The most disgusting part is that they will keep debiting their months fee whether you have a connection or not. This continues till you want to end the contract due to paying for nothing, then they refuse to refund you for any fees they took without giving you any connection - over and above this they they hit you with unprecedented charges at any point.

Be careful and stay away from WebAfrica unless you want to donate money and get below substandard service
