Webafrica worst service and customer support ever

Worst service I've ever had, going to weeks to restore my fibre/internet connection, have spent from 22 February until today to try and get my service restored, chat bot most irritating way of communication, was given ticket number when you go to chatbot does not recognize ticket number, going to cancel my debit order and reverse payment today and look for another service provider, worst service ever, but debit order goes off without fail
