Webafrica worst service and ******** behavior

I have been trying to cancel my account since June 2022 (over a year) and get a refund for the money that has been *****ulent deducted from my account and they still won't complete the cancelation. This is ******** behavior!!! You can only complain over whatsapp and when you try to escalate it they time you out so you have to start all over again.
