WebAfrica Worst Service
Have been trying to cancel my late fathers internet service. Webafrica only corresponds via WhatsApp and impossible to deal with. How does one speak to a human being on the phone and sort the issue???

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We understand how difficult and emotionally taxing it can be to try and manage the cancellation of a late family member’s service, especially when reaching support feels impersonal or unresponsive. This is a sensitive situation, and it’s completely understandable that you’d want to speak to a real person to have it handled properly.
We’ve requested our Cancellations Team to reach out directly to assist with the cancellation process and provide guidance on the next steps.
