WebAfrica- worst service

I was forced to give this 1 star or else I wouldn't be able to share my horrible experience with WebAfrica!!! We app**** for Fibre with WebAfrica 3 weeks ago, payment done etc After numerous attempts to try and get hold of someone to follow up on order/installation I just got told that Vuma (who was suppose to do the installation) has no records of my order!!! According to the consultant at Web Africa, my order has been logged with Vuma!!! This is the worst customer service ever, if I could even call it that!!!!
