WEBAFRICA WORST ISP SERVICE PROVIDER

Webafrica is the worst ISP service provider that I have ever had to deal with for Vumatel Fibre services.

There is absolutely no one that is competent enough to sort out a reconnection of an account since December is struggling with the ****py chatbot services and 3 of their so called service consultants have logged a call or ticket as they say for the problem to no avail.

This is after the account has been paid a month ago.

Now we all know why Wirless service providers are increasing their Subscribers monthly, because they do actually contrary to popular belief know what it is to render a public service.
