Webafrica, worst ISP provider in the country.

In this rare occasion I wish one could give 0 stars. I have signed up with their service due to their brilliant marketing team convincing me to sign up. However after placing an order getting Openserve to come and install the fibre box on my property in 1-2 days within placing my order. They are super lax in delivering the pre configured router , i have been waiting for 8 business days now for the delivery and each time they come up with some random excuse.

The worst part of it all is that when one tries to get a hold of them telephonically they only serve their client base through whatsapp, and that is honestly the worst possible service to make use of. 0 customer experience focused repour...

Also the worst thing about all of this, ive already been billed for monthly usage of this service and i cant even make use of the service, effectively they are *****ing from me and there will be no way to recover my lost income.

Webafrica , guys please stay away from this provider. their sales team answers in 2 rings. however trying to get hold of any technical team or anything after the fact is near impossible. I am livid with this company and I implore you to stay away from them.
