WEBAFRICA WORST ISP ON EARTH - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could rate half a star or quarter of a star I would. I have upgraded my line to 100meg and only getting 12meg. I have added their BS whatsapp contact and I've NEVER received a call back from them nor any response!!! I reach out for help on whatsapp and called them simultaneously hoping I would get through one way or another, but NEVER do I receive a call!!!! I reach out via whatsapp almost everyday and its always the same BS - they will call me back (this is after 17 messages about attempting to put me through to someone) doesnt matter when I contact them I NEVER GET HELP!!!! DO NOT GET/SUBSCRIBE/USE Webafrica EVER in your life!!!!! Even worse than Telkom support!!! And thats REALLY saying something!!
