Webafrica- WORST ISP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH

I cannot for the life of me explain how terrible this company is. You do not want to sign on with them. When my router arrived it didn't work for days, but they didn't care- debited my account and continued to ignore me for days. When I'd call they wouldn't pick up or put me on a continuous loop of 'let me transfer you' at which point someone in the loop would just hand up on me. Now after days of me hounding them the Internet is active, but it's the wrong speed? I've payed for 25 Mbps up and down but I'm still stuck on 3.89/0.97?! When I call them nobody cares to assist, just telling me lies each time. I ask to be transferred to someone with some power and sense who can take care of this me and they refuse to put me through to their managers? I ask for managements' contacts and they refuse to give me those details?! Why does management refuse to reached when things are clearly going wronf? What is this company hiding? I am typing this right now and they just hung up on me again. So sick of this company!!!
