Webafrica worst ISP in the world

The worst service I have ever received from a company, no one seems to know what is happening at the company, I already have an installed fibre connection so I made payment of R399 and was told that it will take 24 to 72 hours for my line to be active but it's been 5 days already, as a single parent during this pandemic I've had to start selling my products online and being a week without fibre (including the weekend) I've lost alot of potential business... everytime I chat to a consultant they say nothing and just forward me on to the next person but no one ever gets back to me...
