WebAfrica - Worst ISP In South Africa, Hands Down

Absolutely terrible. Their uptime sits at around 30% for their fibre. It will be down far more often than it is up. Their call center staff are entirely useless, and have no clue about how to help solve an issue, they are as untrained as can be. In terms of service, WebAfrica is the worst in the country - you'd be safer getting a dial-up line installed.
