Webafrica worst ISP in South Africa

After signing up with webafrica I was looking forward to my new ISP but had nothing but problems, they were unable to connect me saying it was my lack of knoledge of the connectivity for the modem, I called in dial a nerd and their tec was also unable to activate the service finding the problem was on their side, I cancelled the contract due to not having a service for over 3 weeks, now they want to charge me over R 2000 for a service a have never had. Webafrica has got to be the worst ISP provider in SA
