WEBAFRICA WORST ISP FOR FIBRE!!!!

The worst customer experience I ever had in my entire existence...I've been with webafrica for some time....and recently changed addresses which they where fully informed off before moving....ever since the new Installation I've had nothing but problems and unsatisfactory service from them....I've recently made payment for my services too be active which is gone almost 24 hours and it's still been inactive....when chatting too the agent....they pass the blame too vuma, which then sends out a tech too tell me everything is fine on vumatel side, when I contact webafrica again about my services I get passed on too 3/4 different people who tells me too repeat everything via Chat not telephone call tho, they are absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant too deal with when it comes too after sales....they are quick too deduct the money, but take forever too respond and sort out the issue...they would rather play the blaming game,...if anyone requires an ISP for Fibre....please stay far away from WEBAFRICA as possible....they really *********** in providing service and getting the job done
