WEBAFRICA WORST ISP EVER !! They are however very good at taking your money !!!

These clowns take your money as per arrangement but simply don't care to fulfil their end of the deal. I have have almost zero fibre connectivity for some weeks now. called them on 26 April, to log the complaint and since then they simply play a game of passing the buck with Vumatel. Ive been calling them almost daily and messaging them too only to get brushed off with empty promises. meantime they take their monthly service fee !! cannot get through their reception to speak to either their Mr Parenzee (Ops Head) nor Sean Nourse (Their CEO).

Everyday brings new a stale empty promises of Wandile to call me and everyday turns into a week of zero assistance from them!!

At some point I'm told to plug unplug check test and troubleshoot whilst they blame vumatel for my problem, vumatel simply doesn't give a **** either since I'm not their client and I don't pay them.
