WebAfrica worst ISP ever!!@🤯😡😡

This company is so unprofessional and not honest in their conduct. After I put sufficient notice to cancel service they are charging me for service fee of something I canceled on time, together with clawback. Agents on WhatsApp take fore in assisting and most of the time a session is abruptly ended after been kept waiting by WebAfrica as if it was my fault. It has been a painful experience.
