Webafrica worst ISp ever!

We have a new fibre installation that already paid for that we been promised would be installed on the 4th already and still having issues with getting this resolved. Customer service is extremely poor and Enrico B is the worst agent I have ever delt with. I will go to ombudsman due to breach of contract also !!!
