Webafrica - Worst ISP ever.

Had the worst experience ever with Webafrica. Was using MTN LTE and when I relocated I placed an order to have my connection migrated to fibre. LTE stopped working, as it should, since I had switched addresses and I had to wait over a week for any sort of update about my fibre order. After many unsuccessful interactions with their help desk on WhatsApp, I got an update saying my new location didn't have a fibre option and resorted to canceling the new order. Fast forward one month later, they sent me an invoice for LTE which I canceled and they're trying to bill me for that. Tried to contact their support agents over WhatsApp to no avail.
