Webafrica worst ISP - don't use it

After three months (from March) waiting for fibre installation, nothing happened but they refused my request to cancel account. That prevented me to take any other ISP. When router installed, no internet at all. No support, can't get through to technicians. But they taken full month payment from my bank account with no debit order, no pro rate billing (router installed on 10th July). **********. Worst ISP in SA!!!!! Can't even cancel it, need to go to court!!!
