WEBAFRICA - WORST ISP

The WORST ISP that a person can have! Rating them 1 star is even too much! Our internet has been off since Monday, it's been 4days already and still they couldn't assist us with a solution. They keep transferring you to different agents on that dumb ass whatsapp number that has to be used for communication. I don't even understand how a ISP like them are still in business. USELSS is still a decent description! I am highly disappointed in them and their customer service. They will take their money but they will NOT provide service!
