Webafrica, worst ISP by far

Just last week I signed up with WA and already regretting it and want to cancel as its impossible to speak to a human being over the phone, only their sales department works from phone calls, no one else.

They keep saying my fibre is active, but I keep on trying to explain to them that the previous owners from my new house I purchased, removed the VUMA box from the wall inside the house. Also, I didnt receive my router yet from WA

If no one is going to phone me this morning to sort this out, I will cancel this today and sign up with someone else who can actually offer client service
