Webafrica WORST ISP and WORST BUSINESS EVER

Webafrica is the WORST ISP I have ever had and they have the worst customer service I've had from any business in my entire life. Never have I seen such poor customer service!!!!!!! I have had an issue on my line since Dec 2021. After hours, days and weeks of talking them (they not responding), my line still has an issue. I've been trying to get into contact with a manger. After hours, days and weeks of trying to get into contact with a manager (they not responding) I've decided to cancel my service. I HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!
