Worst service I have ever come across. Please stop trying to debit my account for the installation after I canceled the service after 25days without internet, or any service from you for that matter. It was supposed to take 14 days MAX to transfer my line to the new place I moved to, after 25 days your agent tells me that no one has even requested the transfer on your side. Then you expect me to be ok with this? I had to spend over R3k on mobile internet because you are sleeping, now you still want my money for the installation, never. I have endless chats where I tried to sort YOUR sh*t out, but your agents keep transferring me on that useless Whatsapp chat and never deal with the problem. I requested to speak to a manager, no one has come back to me. Just stop trying to ***** my money and leave me alone please!!! If you did your job I probably would have stayed with you for the rest of my life, but I cant deal with pathetic or no service.
