WebAfrica worst internet service provider in Tembisa Ivory 2

This review is about the disgusting service I have received this week from WebAfrica. Sies. I work from home and acquired this fibre line but I have been unable to connect since Monday. My husband has repeatedly reported and liaised with some clueless so called technicians who have been sending us from pillar to post. We had a P1 incident logged yet no one calls us. We have no where to call WebAfrica so this is the only way we can communicate with anyone. They approached us to sign up and yet provide us with no service yet expect payments of the service each month. Their service is a laughing stock and they have compromised my job as I had to connect this entire week using mobile data which they won't even pay me back for. Your service is beyond pathetic. Come and take out your useless and ******* wires from my home!!!!!!!!!!!! If I was white you would have came here running.
