Webafrica: Worst internet service provider in SA

I signed up with Webafrica for a fibre internet connection. Now I have a problem and I find that they are quick make a sale but if you have a problem it is impossible to get hold of anyone to assist you. The Willy robot on Whattsap keep saying that my rooter is not working. I tried to cancel their service, but I can't even do that. There is no email address for assistance. I have sent five emails to: *** but no response. This is totally crazy. The worst experience of bad service I ever had in my live. The only number that is working is their sales department.
