WEBAFRICA WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I'm so disgusted and angry with the service from Webafrica, I have a 250MB/250MB Fibre line with them for the reasons of woking from home as I need to remote to systems at work and for the past four days there's been no internet and did not receive even a single message informing me of any issues and all that time I have been using my own data, and it has been a struggle because the bandwidth cannot give me a stable and reliable connection. So today I contacted them and only today they are telling me that there's fault in my line they will report it for further investigation your (ticket number WA*** fault #388738) and that the process takes 24-72 hours which means I'm still going to be using my own data for the next 24-72 hours if at all it will be fixed with those hours, the sad part is that I'm incurring double costs (one for my own data) and paying a full amount at the end of the month for a sub-standard service.

Hi Nkosinathi, we completely understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially since you rely on your fibre connection for work and stability is critical. Thank you for sharing the details, including your ticket number (WA*** / fault #388738), as this helps us follow up accurately. Our faults team is actively investigating the issue, and while the standard resolution window is 24–72 hours, they’re working to restore your connection as efficiently as possible. We understand the impact of having to rely on your own data during this time, and we appreciate your patience as we work through the investigation. If you’d like, you can also keep track of updates and manage aspects of your connection through the Webafrica App: Webafrica App Help, which can make monitoring easier while the fault is being addressed.Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew
