Webafrica - worst internet service provider.

The most pathetic internet service provider we have ever dealt with. With whatsapp service to start off with has been a nightmare since the start. How does one troubleshoot over a messanger app, who came up with that. No technical team to call, no manager to speak to, no provisions department to call, no support agent to call. The onely department you get through to is Sales, how is that posssible? I work from home and have been on the whatsapp line for 8 hours, requested to speak to a manager and still havent spoken to one 8 hour ago later. No provisions call like we requested, and no provisions call. THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!
