WebAfrica worst Internet Provider in history

We contacted WebAfrica Watsap customer service last Friday only to be told there is an issue in our area. Got the same message on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday I asked why all my neighbors have Wifi and the consultant then checked and said the issue was with our connection . 2 days lost already. They then logged a ticket. It is now Friday and still nothing. The last 2 days I have been told that someone tried to phone me to setup a time to come and fix. I need my phone to work so keep it with me. No calls at all. How can any company offer this kind of service and outright lie to their customers. It boggles the mind! Worst internet service provder ever. COJ offers better service than they do!!!!
