Webafrica - worst in Africa!

After sales service is extremely bad! When my service was down (which happened quite often) is is a mission to get it active again - have to communicate vis WhatsApp and it take for ages to get it sorted. Decided to cancel and I was billed R999 cancelation fee which wasn't disclosed pertinent upfront (their excuse was "its on our website") They also cant provide you with a written agreement. I requested cancelation beginning of October already but they only canceled it in January after I reversed the debit order few times and then they billed me for November as well. Wil not recommend Webafrica at all. Customer service is pathetic.!
