Webafrica worst Host ever

Webafrica has instructed octotel to cancel my internet line but still collects monthly from my account. We have not instructed them to cancel and they refuse to fix the problem. So have anyone had this problem my account is up to date and we are now sitting with 30 staff that cannot work due to our line not working. This is a Business line.
