Webafrica worst fibre company to be with

I was mislead by a webafrica sales consultant. My services have been disconnected and ive been calling in everyday for a week now agents keep telling me they escalating the matter and management will contact me. For 5 days nobody has gotten in contact with me, and in the interim i have to deal with rude, argumentative and *********** call centre agents. Webafricas after sale service is pathetic
