WEBAFRICA WORST EVER!!

Worst client service EVER!! Having a lot of connection issues lately. No callcenter, you’re stuck with a generic WhatsApp bot and customer interface. They changed their contracts (without informing me) and now I’m paying the price of a 300Mbps line but only getting 150Mbps. Their excuse “ *Yolanda L.*: No, you're on the legacy package and on the legacy package there's no cancellation fee there's clawback fee, so if you'd like to the new price list you'll be liable for the cancellation fee should wish to cancel the service in future”. So I’m being penalised for being an existing client. I’m 8 months into my contact and now I’ve been told that I must pay R2880 to cancel. Clearly they haven’t heard of pro-rata. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN WITH WEBAFRICA!!!!!
