Webafrica worst customer service

They have the worst customer service, I go on their whatapp customer service chat. Request to log or report my internet connectivity issues , I wait for 2 hour then after 2 hours an agent comes greet and close the chat in less than 2 minutes, when I type my responses I am talking to a bot. Because of that I don't have internet for 24 hours.
