WebAfrica worst customer service ever

I have been taking a Fibre plan with web Africa on the 18th November 2024. After 10 days on the 28th (installation took place) it's been another 8days passed. I'm waiting on a router it's been 8days. On the 1st of December 2024 they have deducted they installment, but I'm still not yet connected to they internet.

I want cancellelation with immediate effect. I have never experience such a bad customer service in my life.
