Webafrica worst customer service

I have received a router from Webafrica for my Fibre package when i got my package. On testing the network the router only supports half of my package and i informed WebAfrica of the issue. I was informed that i will receive a new router in the end of 2020 and to this day i still to not have a router, I had to go buy my own personal router to be able to use my full package and still waiting for the delivery. The customer service is some of the worst ever.
