Webafrica - worst client service

Dealing with Webafrica has been a complete nightmare. I have enquired about a product, gotten no feedback at all, but Inwas charged for the product that I enquired about. No prices was discussed and no order was placed. Trying to get refunded for their horrific mistake has been an even worse experience. They keep telling me that I will be refunded tomorrow, it’s a week later and still nothing. I would not recommend anyone to even consider dealing with this company that clearly does not care about their clients. I will be cancelling my subscription with them, I cannot deal with their utter incompetence.
