WebAfrica - Worst after sale service

After giving back the free to use router to one of the locations they specified, 10 days before the cut-off, I received a bill for it a few days after the cut off date. When I saw this I immediately contacted support. They said this was a mistake and to ignore it, I then got charged on a debit order. I then contacted them about it again and they said that they will put me on the refund list and I should get it in 2 to 3 days its been 10 days.

Don't look at their low price and get sold into it, in a few months they will charge you more than everyone else. Ignore when ever they use the word free, you will pay for it.
