WebAfrica worse than Telkom!!!!!!

Wow wow wow... What a terrible experience with WebAfrica. I originally requested fiber in March this year. I never recieved my router and got debited even though i never got connected with WebAfrica. Now I have tried to rectify the issue but am once again being taken for a ride. Double debits on my account despite credits being app****. R1800 later and they suddenly cannot see the double debit that was done on my account. I can clearly see on my customer portal that the debited incorrectly... but the agent cannot see that. Pathetic!!!
