Webafrica worse service than Telkom

I have an LTE service with them and have been getting very slow download speeds often less than 1Mbps. I have logged many support tickets but they never respond and issue never gets fixed. I have tried their whats app chat but they seldom answer sometimes taking days before responding and then just close the ticket before you respond. Support staff are rude and just don't care, they seem to read everything from a script. They **********ly add services to my account without approval and bill you for it. When you do order a service it never arrives.

Stay away, they are worse than Telkom.
