WebAfrica worse ISP!!!!!!

They are the worse ISP I ever dealt with. I have a query on my account whereby my service was cancelled, there was no installation and I returned their router back in time and unused. They keep on debiting my account for the past 3 months. I reverse the amount each time, BUT No one answers my calls nor emails. The whatsapp line is the worst. Each time I talk the agent I get transferred and get a bot. I have spoken to several agents explaining my query each time over WhatsApp, and then get transferred without even trying to assist me.
