Webafrica worse company ever

Where to even begin lets start with the first call i call them up the lady calls me back i then ask for a package of a router and sim card of 499 the lady says i need to make a payment of 249 to activate my sim card i sd ok fine i waited about 7 days until it got delived then i had to wait two days before it was activated so then everything is good 3 days later they tried to debit order money from my account when i contacted them i was told that its money that needs to go off nothing was mentioned of this money at all so now my bill goes from 500 to a extra 300 and something 3 weeks later my bill is now 904 something I'm trying to make payment now and they keep telling me to make it on the online service witch keeps kicking me out i asked them to debit order the money they don't want to making me fall in to more areas please don't use the as a provider my 1st month with them is soooooo bad already i need to change providers but in order for me to do so i need to pay another 1000 and give a months in advance that im leaving which they going to Charg me for the month as well there whatsapp team cant even give you The correct information as well very bad company
