WebAfrica : World's Worst ISP

THE WORST ISP IN THE HISTORY OF ISPs. Do not be fooled by the extremely nice sales agent during your first call or the idea of a "super fast WhatsApp line" for your convenience. It's all part of their sales strategy to obtain your banking details and convince you to enter into an agreement with them. Whereafter they deliver zero customer service, charge unauthorised amounts against your account, leave you without an internet connection for DAYS and have the most uninformed, arrogant and unhelpful agents as employees just to add to your frustration. And all of this from a little as R399 per month! What a bargain. Oh and of course they will increase your montly service fee whenever they feel like it and without providing you with a proper notification nor reasons for the increase...an added bonus.

It's always been a childhood dream of mine to spend my time on hold for 45 min+ and spending my hard earned money on bad service and non-existent internet connections. Thank you very much WebAfrica, you turned me into a Karen.

Just when I thought 2020 cannot possibly get any worse, I decided to enter into an agreement with WebAfrica, and I will forever regret that day. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business.
